
What frosting wedding cake should I use?
I want a cake that tastes really good and it's really elegant. I narrowed my selection to the buttercream, almond paste and royal icing because of their reputation for having good taste. I also want my cake looks very good with small designs on it. That icing is my best choice for design and good taste? The image actually looks like cream Butter for me, but for the above reasons: some people hate marzipan and royal icing is not very tasty, I definitely suggest buttercream. That's what I had for my wedding cake a few months ago and it was incredibly smooth with cute little dot piping (professionally done), people thought he was melting, but it tasted good.
