I think to make mini wedding cakes for my wedding … advice please!?

I worked with fondant, but before making 100 mini fondant cakes unrealistic? I do not trust anyone but myself … that's why I want to do. Of Tips for decorating, design, cake flavor, icing, tips for making the basis of good taste … everything is appreciated. My theme is autumn with leaves and greens. It is outside in a log cabin in a park. HELP!

The only problem is that if you use a mixture sponge cake, they must be made no more the a couple of days before the wedding. Which will be very time consuming. A fruitcake would be better.
